General Project Description
This project is a Job Order Contract (JOC) for Asbestos & Decontamination Services for the County of Orange, OC Public Works. The contract involves a pre-qualification process for contractors to be eligible to bid. The scope includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, vehicles, and transportation services for asbestos and decontamination tasks across various County-owned, operated, or maintained facilities. Individual Job Orders will define specific work requirements, which may include hazardous material removal, containment, waste disposal, and site restoration, all adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
