General Project Description

This project involves providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) equipment across several County of Orange facilities. The scope includes initial/annual inspections, quarterly preventative maintenance, and as-needed repair work for various UPS systems (Riello, MGE, Vertiv, Liebert NX, and Liebert Signature R Series) and their associated battery banks. Specific tasks include examining and cleaning equipment, testing fluid levels, checking electrical connections and capacitor banks, inspecting fans and control wires, verifying transfer circuits, checking DC capacitors, inspecting inverter operation, calibrating output voltage and phase balance, testing static switches, and potentially performing infrared thermographic scans and emergency shutdown services. Contractor personnel performing work in court facilities will be required to pass security screenings and adhere to strict security policies. All labor and materials are warranted for 180 days or longer if covered by manufacturer's warranty.
