General Project Description

The County of Orange is seeking a contractor to provide professional, on-call OC Development Services, including Planning, Building, Engineering Plan Review, Environmental Services, and Inspection Services. The scope encompasses reviewing discretionary and ministerial permit applications, tract maps, subdivision improvements, grading plans, building plans, and associated development plans for compliance with various codes and standards. This also includes preparing CEQA and NEPA environmental documentation and providing inspection services for public and private construction projects across all phases.
