General Project Description

This project involves the purchase and installation of various types of community and traffic cameras, including License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, Fixed Cameras, Bullet Cameras, and Covert Cameras. The scope of work encompasses conducting site assessments, developing detailed installation plans, managing installation logistics (including electrical requirements and pole installations), fabricating custom installation kits, deploying all selected cameras at designated locations, ensuring proper functionality, and providing ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and warranty management services for installed components. The contractor must demonstrate extensive experience in surveillance camera installations, infrastructure facilitation, public works coordination, and managing large-scale security technology projects, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and industry standards. Installation work must be performed by a California licensed electrical contractor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in street lighting systems.
