General Project Description

The Orange County Sheriff's Department requires quarterly and as-needed potable water and wastewater inspection and testing services at various locations throughout Orange County, CA. The scope of work includes testing for disinfectants, disinfectant byproducts, inorganic chemicals, microorganisms, organic chemicals, radionuclides, solids, nutrients, physical properties, and other impact parameters contaminants, using EPA-accepted methods. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, supplies, supervision, tools, transportation, personal protective equipment (PPE), and equipment. Samples must be submitted to a California Water Resources Control Board (CWRCB) certified laboratory under the Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP). Services include routine scheduled inspections at designated facilities, such as the Loma Ridge Emergency Operations Center, as well as emergency services available 24/7/365 at other OCSD locations as requested.
