General Project Description

The project involves as-needed insulation removal, replacement, and testing on various hot and cold pipes, flanges, fittings, valves, pumps, manifolds, ducts, and exchangers for the Orange County Sheriff's Department across multiple locations in Orange County, CA. Services include planned corrective maintenance and emergency services, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, and all applicable County, State, Federal, and Local laws and codes. The contractor may also be required to provide engineering, testing, and remediation services for hazardous materials and waste, as well as design, and fabrication services.
