General Project Description

The City of Palm Desert is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to procure services for City Hall Window Safety Measures. The project involves replacing existing windows for the City Council Chamber, Council Chamber Conference Room, City Council Offices, and Administrative Conference Room with UL 752 - Level 1 Ballistic Resistant Glass. Vendors are required to assess all applicable windows and submit itemized cost proposals per building/room for the replacement services to establish a Long Form Construction Agreement.
