General Project Description

The City of Redding is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for gas turbine maintenance and refurbishment. This project involves a series of in-kind repair and replacement activities on a Frame-5 gas turbine unit at the Redding Power Plant. The primary objective is to restore and improve the condition, reliability, and performance of the turbine’s enclosure, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
