General Project Description

The City of Riverside is seeking qualified general contractors on an as-needed basis to provide emergency and non-emergency repair and maintenance services for private property damage and City-owned or operated facilities and systems. The scope includes a wide range of general construction, civil engineering, and utility repair tasks such as concrete work, asphalt paving, sewer and water line repairs, demolition, building repairs (e.g., drywall, painting, roofing), electrical safety, earthwork, and associated cleanup and administrative support. Contractors will be responsible for permit acquisition and compliance with City standards.
