General Project Description

This project involves a comprehensive upgrade of the Behavioral Health IP Camera System. The contractor must supply all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to remove the existing analog camera system, DVR, and associated cabling. The primary scope includes the installation and commissioning of a new Milestone video management system, a BCDVideo server, 16 new IP cameras, a video decoder, UPS, battery pack, PDUs, and new cabling infrastructure. Additional requirements include programming (IP, Subnet, Gateway, DNS, NTP), camera focusing and labeling, patch cord installation, safety compliance, a minimum one-year warranty on parts and labor, and the provision of digital as-built drawings.
