General Project Description

This project, titled RCIT UPS Upgrade, involves the installation of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems across various County of Riverside Departments for RCIT. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities, and other required items to complete the work in strict accordance with attached bid documents. The scope includes picking up materials from the County warehouse, traveling to multiple sites for installation, activation, testing, and documentation of complete, functional UPS systems per building. All work must adhere to Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes, including detailed cabling and grounding instructions. Contractor personnel must wear company-identifying shirts/badges and use appropriate safety equipment.
