General Project Description

This project involves the build-out of two (2) Telecommunication Rooms including the provision, installation, termination, testing, and documentation of Fiber Optic Cable. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities, and other required items in strict accordance with attached bid documents, RCIT specifications, and industry standards. The scope includes installation of racks, cable management, a telecom room grounding system, copper and fiber backbone cabling, terminations, patch panels, UPS units, and PDUs. The work must comply with applicable codes and requires coordination with other trades concurrently working in the facility.
