General Project Description

The City of Sacramento, Department of Public Works, is soliciting bids for comprehensive landscape maintenance services for multiple streetscape areas within North East Commerce, including Creek Corridor, Hamptons, and JMA Maguitte sites. The project entails recurring scheduled maintenance activities such as turf management (mowing, fertilizing, edging, aerating, re-seeding), ground cover and shrub care (pruning, fertilizing, cultivating), routine debris and leaf pick-up, and weed control (hand weeding, pre-emergent, post-emergent applications).
