General Project Description

This project involves major street maintenance and pavement preservation within the City of San Clemente. The scope includes mobilization, traffic control, street sweeping, removal and replacement of concrete improvements (curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway approaches, cross gutters, subfloors, headers, interlocking pavers), cold milling and asphalt concrete paving (HMA Type III-C3 PG 64-10), and utility work (adjusting manholes and water valve cans, installing traffic detection loops, and curb drains). Numerous locations for concrete removal/replacement and mill & fill are specified across various city streets.
