General Project Description

This Job Order Contract (JOC) is a Micro-Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Set-Aside Program for general engineering services. Work will be issued through individual Task Orders and may include repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and new construction of infrastructure, rights-of-way, retaining walls, parks, playgrounds, medians, buildings, structures, and other real property. The scope also involves extensive compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements specific to San Francisco public works projects.
