General Project Description
The Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts are soliciting quotations for independent third-party verification services of their 2025 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions report. This is a CARB mandatory requirement. The scope includes submitting conflict of interest information, conducting on-site visits to three District facilities in Southern California (Puente Hills Landfill, Calabasas Landfill, and A.K. Warren Water Resource Facility), evaluating the Districts' GHG emissions reporting program, preparing and submitting a detailed verification report and opinion, and submitting the final Verification Opinion Form to CARB. The contractor must be a CARB accredited verification body.
