Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, AK Warren Water Resource Facility Administration Building Women’s Restroom Addition, identified under Solicitation ID: JO-g-13732. Work is to be performed near 24501 S Figueroa St, Carson, CA 90745, USA in Los Angeles County.

General Project Description

This project involves the construction of a prefabricated masonry restroom building adjacent to the existing Administration Building at the AK Warren Water Resource Facility. The new facility will include a women's restroom with two stalls and two sinks, an ADA-compliant stall, a shower, lockers, and an attached unisex restroom with a utility chase. The scope encompasses site preparation, connection to existing water, sewer, and electrical utility systems, installation of covered walkways and accessible pathways, electrical setup for a future badge access connection, and all other appurtenant work as specified in the contract documents. Work also includes concrete repair, masonry, structural anchorage, rough carpentry, caulking, sheet metal, painting of various surfaces, installation of equipment, access control and alarm monitoring systems, and piping and valves.
