General Project Description

This project involves the renovation of the Santa Anita Pool. The scope includes grading, removal and replacement of tile, installation of coping and plaster, pool lights, grab rails, safety equipment, concrete, deck drain, pool equipment, and pool drain. All new pool equipment must be connected through existing stub-outs to the mechanical room equipment. The work also encompasses furnishing and installing complete swimming pool structures, mechanical, and electrical systems, finishes, and all necessary accessories for a functional swimming pool system. The contractor is responsible for excavation, backfill, subgrade improvements, and comprehensive quality assurance for all work.
