Santa Ana City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, 10th & Flower Park Stormwater Capture and Park Improvements (Project No. 26-6642 and Project No. 26-6601), identified under Solicitation ID: (Project No. 26-6642 and Project No. 26-6601). Work is to be performed near 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701, USA in Orange County.
General Project Description
This project involves excavation, grading, removal and replacement of asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete, fencing, utility connections and related buildouts, site lighting, site drainage, irrigation, and landscaping for the 10th & Flower Park. It also includes stormwater capture infrastructure and various park improvements such as playgrounds, fitness equipment, basketball courts, and site furniture. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements for materials and compliance with California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations for equipment.
