General Project Description

This project involves grind and overlay of existing asphalt concrete pavement, localized reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavement, new sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveways, curb ramps, signing, and striping in various areas within the City of Santa Ana. The work also includes traffic signal installation or modifications, utility adjustments, and maintaining site safety and traffic control. Contractor shall utilize construction management software (Procore) and comply with California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations.
