Specs: Prepare electrical design plans and specifications for pedestrian bridge improvements and associated project elements, including power distribution, lighting systems, irrigation system, electrical service coordination, conduit and wiring layouts, and required electrical appurtenances.

Specs: Design permanent and, if required, temporary signage addressing pedestrian safety, ADA accessibility, and interface with adjacent roadways, walkways, or public right-of-way, complying with MUTCD and applicable City/County standards. Identify sign types, locations, mounting details, materials, and prepare specifications for bidding and construction.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Public Outreach. Specs: Prepare materials and allow for three public outreach meetings, access coordination, and one council meeting presentation.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) Development. Specs: Develop detailed PS&E, including adherence to City and Caltrans design standards, plan certification, calculations, and deliverables; prepare quantity calculations and cost estimates; submit electronic CADD files, reports, and calculations. Includes 30%, 60%, 90% (pre-final) and 100% (final) milestone deliverables.

Specs: Finalize approved deliverables from Design Development phase, including detailed engineering and construction drawings, structural calculations, final technical specifications, finalized “Opinion of Probable Cost”, and constructability review. Plans include Title Sheet, Architectural Design, Civil Engineering (Construction Staging Plan, Site Erosion Plan, Horizontal and Vertical Control Plan, Site Utility Plan, ADA Ramps or access), Structural Engineering (Design and Detailing), Bridge Lighting (Layout Plan and Details), Landscaping & Irrigation, Traffic Engineering (Signage and Details), and Pedestrian and bicycle accommodations & detour plan.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Value Engineering and Cost Control. Specs: Actively pursue value engineering and cost-control opportunities, evaluate alternative materials, systems, and construction methods, and perform ongoing cost monitoring.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Bid Advertisement and Support. Specs: Provide support to the City during the Bidding phase, assisting with questions, requests for information/clarification, or conflicts, and attend pre-bid meeting if scheduled.

Specs: Provide support to the City during the Construction Administration phase, assist with questions/RFIs, review submittals/shop drawings, complete shop drawing reviews within two (2) weeks, complete Contract Change Order reviews within two (2) working days, resolve discrepancies, and bring defects to the City's attention.
