General Project Description

The City of Santa Clara is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced consultants to provide on-call construction management and inspection services for diverse public works capital improvement projects over a three to five-year term, with a total program budget of up to $8,000,000. These projects encompass street pavement reconstruction/rehabilitation, pedestrian/bicycle/traffic signal improvements, building construction/renovation (including public safety facilities), storm drain/sanitary sewer rehabilitation, parks/recreation facilities construction, ADA curb ramp upgrades, and landscape improvements. Consultants are expected to offer comprehensive, high-quality services, including pre-bidding constructability reviews, and demonstrate strong experience in managing complex public works projects, ensuring compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory standards. Services will be engaged via individual service orders as needed.
