Work is to be performed near 1500 Warburton Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95050, USA in Santa Clara County.
General Project Description
The City of Santa Clara is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for its Water and Sewer Utilities Department (W&S). The services encompass routine and as-needed landscape maintenance and vegetation management at 32 water wells, tank sites, and 4 sewer lift stations. The scope of work includes general landscaping clean-up, trash and debris removal, physical weed abatement (prohibiting chemical pesticides/herbicides), clearance pruning, deadwooding, and trimming of trees, hedges, brush, and vines. Supplemental services, contingent upon City request, include tree removal, additional tree pruning, general site cleanup beyond routine maintenance, fence installation and repair (per Appendix 2 specifications), installation of new plants and/or trees, and sheet mulching (without plastic weed cloth), with all generated trash and trimmings disposed of offsite according to regulations. The primary purpose is to ensure consistent and safe access to these utility sites and maintain them free of debris.
