General Project Description

This project involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required for accessibility improvements at the Market Street Senior Center. The scope includes the creation of two compliant entrances to the existing senior center and the renovation of two existing, non-compliant restrooms to become compliant. The work comprises various trades including demolition, concrete, structural modifications, interior framing, door installation, drywall, tile, painting, bath partitions and accessories, plumbing, HVAC (exhaust fans), and electrical work, culminating with project mobilization.
