General Project Description

This project involves bridge maintenance at six different locations in Stockton, California. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning expansion joints, sealing various types of bridge joints, repairing spalled surface areas, bridge deck methacrylate treatment, hot mix asphalt (HMA) treatment, and striping. The project also entails subgrade enhancement, aggregate base work, roadway and sidewalk excavation and disposal, cold planing asphalt concrete pavement, concrete rock slope protection (CRSP), minor concrete for curbs and sidewalks, reinforcing steel, miscellaneous iron and steel, stair guardrail expansion bolts, tubular handrailing, salvage of metal bridge railing, removal and installation of pavement markers, thermoplastic traffic striping, brick sidewalk work, bridge metal posts, and installation of signs and object markers. Construction staking, traffic control, and water pollution control are integral components.
