General Project Description
The project involves ballfield maintenance and repair services for City-owned baseball fields in Stockton, California. The scope includes selective demolition and earthwork for infields, such as excavation and removal of unsuitable materials, followed by the import, placement, grading, compaction, and dragging of approved infield clay and cinder mix. Key components include the installation of base anchors, home plates, and pitching rubbers, as well as the reconstruction of pitching mounds, lanes, tables, and circles. The project also covers selective sod cutting, edging, and leveling, all to be performed in compliance with the most current editions of the Official Rules of Softball and Baseball.
