General Project Description

This project involves the renovation of existing tennis courts into ten new pickleball courts at Grupe Park. The scope of work includes the removal of existing tennis court posts, installation of new high-galvanized chain-link fencing, and modifications to the existing perimeter fence. Existing benches will be removed and new ones installed. Electrical conduit will be installed for future electrical work. An optional bid alternate is included for the installation of a new 22'x14' pre-engineered shade structure.
