General Project Description

This project involves the restoration of "The Wave Slide" within the City of Vista. The scope of work includes furnishing all necessary plant, labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities, and other items required to apply gel coat and paint to the slide structures. Key tasks encompass mobilization, demobilization, addressing unforeseen field conditions, and refinishing multiple sections of the slide (Slides A, B, C, D, Wave Rider Flume, and Exit Slide) according to specified gel coating procedures, including prep, cleaning, vacuuming, and gel coat application using light blue or bright pink colors. The contractor must hold a California Class C-33 (Painting and Decorating) license and have a CCT certificate through ACME on site during construction for gel coating.
