General Project Description

The City of Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms for design surveying, geotechnical investigation, engineering design, permitting, and a complete set of design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for a sewer capacity improvement project. The project involves upsizing approximately 3900 feet of sewer located in North Santa Fe Avenue from East Drive to Washington Street. The scope of services includes preliminary design, final plans, specifications, engineering estimates, bid support, construction support, and record drawings.
