General Project Description

This project involves valve replacements and wet well access improvements at the Slater Pump Station. The scope includes replacing two existing 48-inch circular wet well manhole covers with new rectangular hatches, replacing corroded slide gate guides with new stainless steel guides, and replacing five 16-inch pump check valves and three 6-inch wet well drain valves. The work also requires traffic control, temporary sewer bypass of the pump station, concrete demolition, partial regrading of the pump station driveway, and PVC liner repair. The project also addresses storm water pollution control and general site work.
