General Project Description
The City of San José Housing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced property management service providers to deliver comprehensive, reliable, and scalable maintenance services across the City's portfolio of Interim Housing (IH) sites, motel/hotel shelter sites, tent-based shelters, and supportive RV parking locations. These services include routine and preventive maintenance, janitorial services, emergency response, unit turnover, infrastructure repair, landscaping, pest control, and ongoing coordination with the Department and site operators to ensure habitability, safety, and functionality. The overall scope involves maintaining various types of shelter assets, including modular pods, hotel buildings, and tent areas, ensuring compliance with City codes and operational standards.
