General Project Description

This project involves the installation of four (4) solar-powered streetlights in the Guadalupe Washington Alleyway, located west of Almaden Ave and between W. Virginia St and Oak St. The scope includes civil site work such as sidewalk and landscaping restoration, grade restoration, clearing, grubbing, removal of existing curb and gutter and obstructions, sawcutting, trenching, excavation, backfilling, and traffic control. Electrical work encompasses pole foundations, conduits, conductors, pull boxes, bonding, grounding, and the installation of the solar-powered street lighting system. The contractor is responsible for essential coordination tasks including utility protection, tree removal notification, dust control, water pollution control (SWPPP), and compliance with all applicable permits and electrical codes.
