General Project Description

This project involves the resurfacing of approximately 11 miles of major arterial streets city-wide, including pavement rehabilitation, utility adjustments, and traffic striping and marking. The scope of work encompasses clearing, grubbing, obstruction removal, milling (grinding), asphalt overlay, saw cutting, excavation, traffic control, and pedestrian access maintenance. It also includes the preservation, removal, and adjustment of survey monuments, as well as the installation and adjustment of manholes, water valves, sewer manholes, and inductive loop detectors.
