General Project Description

This project, "10553 - Storm Drain Condition Assessment FY 2025-2026," involves the comprehensive cleaning, inspection, and condition assessment of approximately 22,000 linear feet of existing storm drain pipelines within the City of San José. The gathered data will be integrated into the City’s Infoworks database to guide future Capital Improvement Projects. The scope of work includes pipeline cleaning, documentation of removed materials and debris disposal, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection following NASSCO PACP guidelines, condition observation and coding, manhole invert to rim measurements, traffic control, owner coordination for easements, temporary storm flow diversion, data submission, monthly reporting, quality control implementation, and locating/raising buried manholes to grade.
