General Project Description

The City of San Leandro is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from experienced consulting firms to provide on-call professional services across three disciplines: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Inspection. Selected firms will enter into a Consulting Services Agreement to provide support for Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) and various Public Works infrastructure construction and maintenance projects. Services may include planning, analyzing & reporting, design, CAD drafting, integration, project implementation, inspections, procurement of task-related software programs, stormwater management, traffic & transportation engineering, surveying, and geospatial services. Up to three qualified firms per category will be selected and placed on the City's official list for project-by-project assignments over a three-year period.
