Los Angeles University of California is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Tiverton House Roof Replacement Project, identified under Solicitation ID: -. Work is to be performed near 900 Tiverton Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90095, USA in Los Angeles County.

General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing roofing membrane, insulation, and flashing at the Tiverton Guest House Facility Building. The scope includes modifications to existing roof drains, scuppers, and downspouts, repairing impacted building finishes, and hazardous material abatement (asbestos, lead, PCBs). Additionally, new metal overpass stairs, skylights with exterior fall protection screens, and a ballasted rooftop guardrail system are required. The work also includes penetration firestopping, joint sealants, gypsum board installation, interior painting, and plumbing (condensate drain piping, hangers/supports) as detailed in the specifications.
