General Project Description
UCLA seeks Parking Consultants to conduct comprehensive condition assessments of existing parking structures and lots and to develop a long-range Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for UCLA Parking Service. The project involves identifying and prioritizing necessary improvements, assisting in developing a phased project implementation plan, and providing cost estimates for capital improvement budgets. The agreement may be up to three years in duration. Additional services may include seismic evaluation and retrofit, restoration and expansion, ADA surveys of existing parking facilities, and parking design and planning. Consultants will manage various engineering disciplines through staff or sub-consultants.
